Our car was towed to Paso Robles Auto Repair by AAA after breaking down in Pismo Beach while on vacation and on our way to Paso Robles. As soon as we drove into their shop with the tow truck driver a few minutes before closing time, we were treated with the utmost care. Erik arranged to have our luggage unloaded from our car and have us driven to our hotel. He stayed in touch with us during the evening, reporting back that the problem had been diagnosed and could be repaired by the morning. He sent a detailed estimate to me that evening, which I was able to share with my mechanic back home who assured me it was a fair estimate. The next morning I received a message that our car would be ready by 10:0 a.m. Erik sent a car to pick us up. Our driver was Lalo, the owner of the shop. Every person in the shop was so polite, respectful, and helpful. We were able to drive home that day, and our car has been running fine ever since being repaired.
