I recently chose PR Auto Repair based on the 5 star reviews here and was not disappointed. I found the staff there (Russ and crew) capable and honest. We had a motor mount, 2 control arms and a gas cap replaced on our Pacifica in 1.5 days from first call to finished delivery. Very impressed with the service and knowledge. The car feels great and we'll definitely be back.

Wow, what a life-saver Russ and his technician Lalo were! After driving my car from the Sacramento area to my sister's wedding in Paso Robles, one of my spark plugs popped out and couldn't be refitted. The next day, Saturday (day of the wedding), it was difficult to find an auto repair shop open. When I called PR Auto, Russ said he was there but not really "open" for business. I told him my problem and how I couldn't possibly drive the car safely. After 10 minutes, Russ called me back and said his technician Lalo just "happened" to come in - on a day off- and said he could 're-coil' that one spark plug and fix it...where it wouldn't cost me thousands of dollars (which another auto repair shop was quoting me). Lalo repaired my car and gave it an oil change/lube (oil was 2 quarts low!) at a very reasonable price; and my car was ready to pick up on Saturday at 1:30 PM - the wedding was at 3 PM! Thank you guys for going 'above and beyond' to service my immediate needs...even on your day off! You did a great job.

They were prompt to schedule the repair. Based on our description of how the car was acting,and prior to our appointment, they gave their opinion of what the possible problem was and an estimate of the cost of repair. The repair work was completed quickly in one day, and at a cost very close to the estimate given previously. During the day, they also called twice to update us on the status of the repair. The repair work was done on our Chrysler Town and Country Van.

My experience here was excellent. They were all very personable, and also very kind. They got me in right away, and worked very quickly and efficiently. I appreciated that they were able to fix the problem that the other place could not. Their prices are pretty reasonable as well. I would recommend them.

We had a tight schedule to have the car checked out. They squeezed us in and took care of the problem in a half a day.

I use them regularly and they are very good. The owner is really nice and you can trust them. He has always done a very good job for us. It is a small business and they are very personable.

Friendly service from start to finish. Seems like they did a really good job checking on and fixing the problem with our manual gear shift.

Very quick turn-around. I was out of town when the fuel pump started to fail and Russ helped me start the car by giving instructions over the phone.
