I HAVE A RENTAL VAN SERVICE IN LAX WHERE ONE OF MY CUSTOMERS BROKE DOWN IN SAN MIGUEL ON THE FREEWAY ON FRIDAY AT 3;00 IN THE AFTER NOON. NOT ONLY DID I FIND A GREAT TOW COMPANY .I FOUND AN HONEST SHOP I TALKED TO RUSS AT PASO ROBLES AUTO REPAIR AND IN JUST ONE MINUTE I KNEW HE WAS A CERTIFIED MECHANIC I DIDN'T EVEN GET TO TELL HIM WHAT I THOUGHT THE PROBLEM WAS BEFORE HIM TELLING ME ITS THE ALTERNATOR. AND IN JUST 2 HOURS MY CUSTOMER WAS BACK ON THE ROAD YOU WOULD THINK MY VAN CUSTOMER WOULD BE UPSET BUT NO BECAUSE THE VAN WAS FIXED SO FAST THEY THINK IN WAS PART OF THERE TRIP .I HAVE MORE THAN 100 VAN RENTALS SO I WILL USE THERE SERVICE FOR YEARS TO COME
